Team Leader Purchasing (m/f/d) for electronic components full-time

We are a steadily growing service company specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services(EMS) in the heart of the region plus X in East Westphalia. Within the company group we have access to assembly centers in Slovakia and Romania. We are partners from prototype construction to series production, provide impetus from the product design phase onwards, provide development support, handle material procurement and assembly as well as logistics.

Your tasks:

  • Procurement market analysis and development of new procurement strategies
  • Engagement in the project team for potential and ongoing projects
  • Supervision of the procurement process for a fixed customer base
  • Obtaining quotations and negotiating prices with suppliers
  • Optimization of material procurement with regard to costs, quality and delivery times
  • Evaluation, development and optimization of the supplier portfolio

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial. Training or business administration studies, and/or relevant professional experience
  • Negotiation skills as well as a confident, communicative and convincing manner
  • Interest in professional and personal development
  • Experienced with common office programs and experience in ERP systems
  • You are interested in using software to simplify processes
  • You enjoy what you do and like to work in a team
